Do you ship internationally?

No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be added during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online. 

The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. we may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you a receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receipt of the order, by sending us an email on emporio.jainsons@gmail.com and we will set things right. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us. In rare cases, when the Replacement is not possible from our end, we will offer a Return to the customer with Full Refund.

Can I return a product if I do not like it?

We have a strict No Returns Policy. 

What is the process to Return/Exchange/Replace a product?

Send a mail requesting Return/Exchange/Replace of the product along with the Order ID, Address and Reason for Return/Exchange/Replace. We will then arrange a Reverse Pickup from our end or you can dispatch the product to the Store Address shared with you. 

Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed.

What about the refundable amount?

A credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
